Question: What if I place an order but added the wrong item(s) to my cart?

Answer: In the event you place an order with us and its wrong (i.e product, size, color, etc) Please contact us immediately via email bellesclosetlingerie@gmail.com. If the order has not already been shipped out we will try our best to accommodate you!

Question: Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

Answer: No. Only one discount code per order. If you're apart of the Belle Squad Mailing list it maybe times where some sales overlap. It will be up to you to use the best sale code you see fit for your budget.

Question: If I'm new to wearing lingerie and have a question about the merchandise how can I contact you?

Answer: We understand you want to be confident with your purchase as we'd want you to be as well. We have a strict final sale policy but with that we're open to answer all questions before you purchase!
