In the event the merchandise is out of stock a full refund will be issued. In that scenario all items must be shipped back in the condition it was mailed within 72 business hours for a full refund. Please note when sending a package back please keep record of your receipt for we are NOT responsible for lost packages on their way to Belles Closet hence a full refund will not be issued. We RECOMMEND insuring your package in transit. Please be advised the refund process can take between 3-5 business days or more depending on your financial institution. ALL refunds are processed when the package has been received.
